Structurally, Why Is Denim Stronger Than Other Cottons

Denim uses indigo ring dyeing, which only colors the yarn surface while keeping the core natural white. This special dyeing method does not damage yarn tension.


On the contrary, professional pre-washing, stone washing and enzyme washing processes fix the yarn structure, reduce shrinkage, and enhance wrinkle resistance.
