• All orders are processed and shipped from our order fulfillment center located in Guangzhou, China.
• Order processing time is 3-5 business days. In most cases, your order will be shipped out the next business day after placement.

INNBLAC Store orders are processed through our China fulfillment center. Some items are ready-to-ship, while selected customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. If an item requires additional production or customization time, we will inform you before shipment.

Shipping Costs to the United States

Orders shipped to the United States are subject to import duties and shipping fees, detailed as follows:

• Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $8.00 per order.
